I need help with one of the apps. What should I send?
Write to me with the app name, what you expected and what happened. Please do not send passwords or private data. The apps keep data on your phone, so I cannot see your records, and I cannot recover data that only lives on your device.
How do I help test the apps?
Open the Play apps page, join the testers group first, then use each app's test link. The page explains the steps. Feedback by email is very welcome.
Can we work together on something?
I am happy to hear about projects and collaborations. Tell me what you are trying to do, who it is for and any dates that matter. I will reply to say whether it looks like a fit.
Do you reply to every message?
I read every message and usually reply within a few days. I am one person, so very urgent matters are better handled by someone with a support team.
Where is my message stored?
Nowhere on this website. The form only opens your own email app with the message filled in. It is sent only if you press send in your email app.
