Short version
All your data stays on your phone. There is no account, no analytics and no ads. The app makes no network requests and does not ask for internet permission. Photos, including try-on photos of people, never leave the phone unless you choose to share something. Designs in this version are generated by built-in rules on your phone, not by an online service. The app is for people aged 18 and over.
What the app stores on your device
- Fabrics: photos you take or pick, and the colours, pattern, length and notes derived from them.
- People: names you type, measurements, an optional full-length photo for try-on, drawn-model settings, and a skin-tone reading (a colour value used only to match colours).
- Designs: sketches, choices, notes, collections, tailor details and rates, tailor sheets and PDFs, stitching progress and fit feedback.
- Settings: language, units, region, theme, text size, reminder times.
Data is kept in a local database and in the app's private storage. Photos of people are kept in a separate folder so that "Delete all people photos" removes them.
Photos of people and skin tone
- Photos of people and the skin-tone reading are processed on the phone. They are not uploaded to the developer or to anyone else.
- Use only photos of yourself or of someone who has agreed. The app asks you to confirm this before a try-on.
- Skin tone is used only to suggest matching colours and to shade a drawn figure. It is never used to describe a person's ethnicity or to make decisions about anyone.
- You can delete one person, or all people photos, in Settings. The skin-tone reading is deleted with the person or in Skin tone settings.
- Drawn models and designs created in the app are labelled auto-generated.
What the developer collects
Nothing. The developer runs no server that receives your fabrics, designs, photos, measurements or skin tone, and holds no copy.
Network use
None. This version of the app makes no network requests, downloads nothing, and has no sync or cloud backup. It does not declare the internet permission. No crash or usage reports are sent.
Permissions
- Camera: used only when you ask, to photograph fabrics and, only if you choose, a full-length photo for try-on. You can pick photos from the library instead.
- Photo picker: used only when you ask, to choose a photo you already have. The app does not get access to your whole photo library.
- Notifications: only if you allow them and turn on a reminder. They are created and shown on the phone; nothing is sent.
- Not requested: internet, location, contacts, microphone, broad storage access.
Sharing
Tailor sheets, PDFs, images and exports leave the phone only when you tap Save or Send and pick an app. The receiving app's policy then applies. A tailor sheet contains the design, the measurements and the note you wrote. If you choose to email a report, your own email app sends it, with only what you wrote.
Backups
Android's automatic backup is switched off. Use Export designs to move to a new phone.
How to delete your data
- In the app: delete people, designs, fabrics, or Settings, Delete all people photos, or Delete all my data.
- Uninstalling the app removes everything on the phone.
- The developer holds no copy, so there is nothing to request from the developer.
Children
The app is for people aged 18 and over and asks you to confirm your age on first launch. It is not directed at children, and the developer collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at the same address with a new effective date.
